Please note: Legible copies of the front of cardholder's government-issued photo ID and a selfie photo are required for identity verification. We will not check in the guest without this documentation on file.

If we are unable to obtain a valid personal charge card (for the incidentals deposit) from the guest(s) checking in, the above account will be authorized for the room charges plus a deposit of $50–$100/room to cover incidental charges, including damage to, or missing hotel property caused by the guest or the guest's associates. The deposit will be released/refunded upon check out if no incidental charges have been incurred.

With your signature below, you certify that you are the primary cardholder and signatory for the account listed above, and further agree that this is a binding agreement for full payment for the above specified charges as well as any incidental charges that arise as a result of the guest's stay.
